Shelter building !

At the start of term three we build a shelter for an animal and it was so much fun!!We had to get in groups of 6 but later two of my friends joined in so we had 8. We thought of making our shelter for a mouse but then we changed our mind and made it for a cute little hamster!!. Everybody had to work hard, I was the videographer so I had to video what we were building and helping

as well. Our unit was about pollution and the environment so we had to use recycled

materials to build our animal shelter. We could only use three items to make our shelter so we used a box, bubble wrap,and newspaper. Oh yes, we made a plan as well. It took us a long time but it turned out great.Okay,do you want to know some of the secrets of making the hamster house? if you do then keep on reading!!!!.

Get a box and wrap the bubble wrap all around the box.

Lay the newspaper inside the box and if you want to you can tape the newspaper.

Step.3

Make some little furniture for your shelter.My group and I made a bowl, a couch,a bed and bathroom. After a while we thought of making windows and it turned out great as well.

After all that work we got to present it to the class!! And it was awesome!!.
